The challenge
When we started, there were no flows live. Every order, abandoned cart, and post-purchase moment was being left on the table. The list was real but inactive. No one had ever turned it into a revenue channel.

What I built
Built the full lifecycle flow stack from scratch: welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, winback, and VIP
Wrote 50+ on-brand emails, every flow tuned to the customer journey, not generic templates
Layered weekly campaigns on top of the new flow infrastructure to compound revenue
Implemented segmentation so engaged subscribers got more sends and inactive subscribers got re-engagement
Set up Klaviyo attribution properly so we could see what was actually driving revenue
